Setup New Client Account

Please provide all available details for the organization or individual applying for the account below. The “Account Name” should be the organization or the individual name of the client.
General

Enter Your house number, tole name, ward number

Enter your vdc/mcp/mp or village or town

Individual Institution

Max file size: 10mb. Attach the scanned page of the citizenship card bearing the name and citizenship number.

Max file size: 10mb. Attach the scanned page of the company registration and application form with corporate stamp.

You will be required to designate a Security Administrator for the account. This user will maintain all associated users and general account information, and will be the point of contact for communications with the registry. Once successfully created, the Security Administrator will be able to add individual user accounts to the client account for authorized personnel to conduct routine business in the registry.

A client is responsible for the security practices of its users and for all fees charged for transactions by its users.
